As the event is over 2 years away, our programme is currently provisional - please have a look at our example programme below, but please know that it is for illustration only.
Participants will do most activities as a whole group, but we may split up attendees where the capacity of an activity cannot accommodate the whole group, or where an option is given to do one activity or another.
Coaches pick up participants in 2-3 arranged locations and begin their travel to Denmark
Coaches and participants arrive in Ribe, Denmark and settle in, with free time to explore the area, and the opening ceremony.
Visit Esbjerg, a nearby major city, and do some tourism - maybe you'd like to check out the 10 metre tall "Men by the Sea" sculpture, or do some souvenir shopping.
Legoland!
We can't go to the home of Lego and not do a trip to the OG Legoland! There's a mix of theme park rides, large lego builds, and even an aquarium.
Connect with nature and cycle directly from your accommodation into Wadden Sea National Park, where you can explore the tidal wetlands and marshlands, which are home to many types of wildlife including seals! (Bonus points if you bring the committee a baby seal!)(not really)
A choice between Lego House - an interactive museum all about Lego, its history and creativity, or the Lalandia Aquadome - an waterpark with indoor and outdoor pools, multiple slides and a wave pool!
Museum day! Maybe you'll go to the Ribe Viking Centre or the Museum of Witch Hunting
In the evening, take a tour with the Night Watchman in Ribe, a tradition that has existed since the 14th Century.
Pack up, pick up any last souvenirs and begin the travel home.
Arrive back in the UK and be dropped off at one of the pickup locations.
